The 2011 NeX Bar is a concept based on simplicity and functionality. This bar is at its purest form, no gimmicks or gadgets. We grabbed the simplest/strongest safety system, depower strap, bar and chicken loop on the market and put them together with the international safety color code. The end result is a bar that offers the highest safety standards without scaring away the core riders looking for a clean bar that can endure maximum beating. The bar is great for pros as well as beginners.

Chicken Loop- our chicken loop design is a leader in the industry, the R and D was done by combining a group of 3 teams and they took into consideration all the latest developments achieved in the industry on chicken loops. We came out with an ergonomic shape that fit perfectly in the hand for a quick, comfortable and strong hold to release the kite in case of an emergency, the inside system is also the result of the latest research to assure a reliable use. The chicken loop has passed all the tests of strength, functionality, durability, and reliability; it is complying with the AFNOR standard. The finger is set to the side to stay out of the way when practicing unhooked riding.

Depower Strap- it is made of solid nylon straps, 1 strap for power, and 1 strap for depower. It is color coded for instinctive knowledge of which strap to pull during action. So far the best system as per its simplicity of use and the easy angles to pull and lock compare to the ones located above the chicken loops.

Bar- it is made of carbon with an aluminum center to prevent wearing from the center line. Bar Grip- The grip is comfortable, soft, using the best EVA with hand finger positions: color coded red on left and black/gray on right to comply with international standards.

Lines- we use the best line manufacturer on the market. The line ends come with heavy duty pigtails with a plastic shrink wrap at the intersection between the line and the pigtail to prevent the normal wear and tear that usually occurs at that spot. The lines are setup to reduce mistakes while rigging: knots in the back lines and loops in the front.

Center Line- our center line is made of spectra inside a PU to prevent wearing. Although this part should last as long as your kite life, replacing it is fast and easy.

Leader Lines- Looped-ends for anti-tangling connections. Made with 3mm spectra, it is cover by a supple PU sleeve to protect both the hands and the lines.

Floaters- For protection and buoyancy. It also prevents tangles. They easily slide up to access the line adjustments.

Back Line Adjustments- 3 different attachment point. All bars are set for the best stability at the wind window’s edge. You can very easily fine tune your bar to you own riding style.

Elastic Bungee- Top quality bungee is integrated in the bar ends in order to keep lines organized once bar is folded. The bungee stays tucked away when using the bar.

Bar Ends- Simple and clean with rounded tips for easy winding and safety.

Safety System- We integrated the simplest system possible to allow everyone to ride with the freedom of suicide riding, yet at any moment can be released to offer maximum safety as the kite flags out on one front line. The safety line passes through the center on the chicken loop in order to attach the leash on the safety ring located just under the head of the chicken loop.

Clicking swivel- Located on top of the chicken loop, to remove any twists caused during rotations, the swivel has a clicking affect to keep the chicken loop straight and stiff when unhooking.
