Nock Inserts are small aluminum fittings that fit inside Fiberglass Tubing, ProSpars, and SkyShark non-tapered spars. The proper size nock fits over the pointed end of the insert and is glued or taped in place. Please see the Arrow Nock table for nock sizing.
