MBS CORE 90

Advanced All-Around / Freestyle / Kite

The Core 90 is a great board for land kiteboarding and advanced freestyling. It combines a short deck together with lightweight All Terrain Skate (ATS)trucks, Twistar hubs and completely redesigned F2 bindings to create a very light and nimble board. Young mountain board rippers who find the bigger boards too heavy will love the Core 90 and will rest easy knowing they can upgrade to higher end MBS components when their riding level advances. With the Core 90 we’ve created a lightweight freestyle board with great components at a super price.

PowerLam Composite Decks (PLC)

PowerLam Composite construction is a time tested construction technique, combined with current composite technology. Powerlam decks consist of a horizontal laminate core made from several wood veneers. Different types of veneers are strategically placed throughout the deck to yield the optimum performance required for that type of deck. Fiberglass is then added to the lay-up to increase the strength to weight ratio. MBS concentrates fiberglass layers as close to the top and bottom layers as possible as this is where the bending stresses are at the highest. Powerlam decks come predrilled for F-series bindings and MBS grab handles.

MBS F2 Bindings

The NEW MBS F2 bindings are a huge improvement over original F2 bindings and the other Velcro bindings on the market today. New features include a larger and more ergonomic EVA pad with PE inner structure for added support, full coverage graphic, and two-tone edge taping on all edges to add an extra professional touch to a tried and true binding design. The new F2 bindings will be loved by riders of all levels, from budget conscious beginners to advanced kiteboarders that are looking for the lightest, simplest, and most low-profile binding available.
